Return Policy​

Items purchased at Great Lakes Grills can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Products being returned must be unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on products that have been used, installed, or "burned."  

No refunds are provided on assembly, delivery, or other related services.
